PAWS-A-TIVE CHOICE

Paws-a-tive ChoiceKathy Edstrom is certified in Healing Touch and Flower Essence Therapy. In her practice, Paws-A-Tive Choice, she combines these two complementary modalities with THE THIRD WAY method of dog training. Kathy assists people who are actively involved with canine sport competitions; pet owners having behavioral concerns with their dog, cat or horse; and individuals who are in need of assistance with working through their own personal issues.

Kathy trained privately with Chris Bach for over three years, and continues to call upon Chris for her expertise in dog training. THE THIRD WAY is used extensively in Kathy's practice, and she only uses THE THIRD WAY for teaching behavior modification strategies for solving pet behavior problems.

Kathy shares her home with her husband Art and her three German shepherds, Banjo, Virgo and Mojo. She volunteers at area nursing homes, doing pet therapy with Banjo who is a registered therapy dog through Therapy Dog International. She enjoys dog training, both obedience and agility, and is particularly interested in canine behavior problem solving.
